Looking Back at our 2024 Blogging Year
The beginning of a new year is a natural time for reflection. A new year marks the passing of time, a fresh start. With all of my health challenges this last year, I’ve been in quite a reflective mood just in general. So as the new year starts, I thought I’d take a look back at our 2024 year of blogging.

Our 2024 Year of Blogging
This blogging reflection generally happens often, but the actually putting it down on paper seems to happen every two years. The last time I made a post like this it was about our 2022 blogging year. In a way these posts feel a bit self-indulgent because it’s a trip down memory lane for me. I hope you enjoy discovering (or re-discovering!) some of our top and favourite posts from the last year.
Top Blog Posts of 2024
The top posts from last year were not all written in 2024, but certainly ones that were read a lot last year.
These are our top five read posts of the year:
1. How Good are Cork Yoga Mats? A Scoria World Review
2. How to Make Sustainable Lanterns from Upcycled Materials
3. How to Reuse Bread Bag Clips–Over 10 Ideas to Try!

2024 Blogging Collaborations
We love collaborating with small businesses and other writers to create content for our blog and to support entrepreneurs. This year was a bit slower for partnerships because of my health challenges and the lack of time due to this. I’m hoping we can introduce more great businesses in the coming years.
One thing I’m so glad has continued is our Climate Change Collective. This group has really challenged me to dive deep into a number of interesting topics.
