Epicure Is Back—And I’m Ready To Fall Back In Love
If you’ve been following along, you might have noticed that Epicure has been on a bit of a hiatus. Well, the wait is over! As of Friday, September 5th, Epicure is officially back, and I’m thrilled to have signed up to be part of this exciting new chapter.
What’s Epicure all about?
Epicure has always been about making healthy, delicious meals quick and easy. Now, they’re taking it a step further. While the core values remain—gluten-free, nut-free, and free from artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives—there’s a fresh look and feel.
What’s Inside Matters
Epicure’s “Never Ever List” is a testament to their dedication to clean eating. Everything is 100% gluten free, made in a dedicated facility so you can feel safe feeding it to your loved ones. Their products are free from artificial sweeteners, colors, and flavors. They’re also sugar and sodium conscious, ensuring that every meal is as wholesome as it is tasty.
And most importantly – Epicure remains committed to sourcing ingredients that are both high-quality and responsibly produced.
About me and why I am an Epicure fan
Like Alison and Krista, I live on British Columbia’s west coast. Being surrounded by nature all of the time, it makes sense that I also care a lot about making healthy, sustainable choices for my family.
As someone passionate about healthy eating, I was drawn to Epicure’s mission from the start. Their products make it simple to prepare wholesome meals without the hassle. Plus, with school back in session, having quick, nutritious options is a lifesaver.
But it’s not just about convenience. Epicure’s commitment to using sustainable materials and ethical sourcing aligns with my values. Knowing that the products are made in Canada and crafted with care gives me peace of mind.

A Fan Favorite Returns
On Epicure’s first launch date, there will be over 15 new items, and more to come in waves as ingredients arrive.
One of the most exciting comebacks for my family is the Alfredo Sauce. This creamy, flavorful sauce is perfect for a quick dinner that feels like a treat. Of course, it makes a great pasta sauce or dip for veggies – but we have a slightly different take. We use the sauce on homemade Alfredo pizza!
It’s delicious and easy to make at home–helping you save money on restaurant meals and delivery fees. With back to school, and all the regular fall busyness, we are grateful to have this meal in our rotation.

How to Make Homemade Alfredo Pizza Recipe
Alfredo Pizza is such and easy and delicious recipe to add to your meal plan list. It is quick to throw together and there’s often enough sauce left over to make additional meals (or to freeze for next time!)
Easy Peasy Alfredo Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
- Sliced multi coloured peppers
- Sliced red onion
- Baby Spinach
- Naan bread or pizza shell
- Pre-cooked Chicken (optional)
- Mozzarella cheese (or your fave)
- 1 package Epicure Alfredo sauce
- 1.5 cups milk
Directions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 400*F (or as directed on your pizza shell’s package)
Step 2: Cook Alfredo sauce
In a sauté pan, combine Alfredo sauce mix with milk.
Whisking constantly, bring to a boil over medium-high, reduce heat, and simmer 3 for three minutes or until thickened.
Step 3: Prep your pizza
Once the Alfredo sauce has cooled a bit, put the sauce on naan bread or your chosen pizza shell.
Arrange your chosen toppings on top of the sauce. I recommend to put spinach next so it stays moist and does not dry out. Then top with peppers, onion, cooked chicken, if using, and add your cheese on top!
Step 4: Bake your pizza
Bake according to the pizza shell instructions or, if using naan bread, we bake at 400*F for around 10 mins (or until the cheese is melting).
Depending how much you make – you’ll probably have enough leftover sauce to make a small pasta or to freeze for next time.
Enjoy your homemade Alfredo pizza!
